HOW TO USE YOUR MAKEUP TOKENS
An overview
Due to the extended lockdown experienced during Term 3 2021, Springloaded has decided to continue classes throughout the holidays as per our normal timetable. We encourage all students who have missed any lessons to come along to our makeup classes.
CLASS BOOKINGS ARE REQUIRED

Step 1
Firstly, you will need to head to our customer portal in which we use for our online bookings.
Step 2
Secondly, you will select that you are a current customer. If you have done classes with us prior you will have an account already.
Step 3
You will enter in your login email address and password. This will then allow you to access your students.
Step 4
Once logged in you will be able to see your students and then under each student should be 'makeups'
Step 5
Upon clicking 'makeups' it will then allow you to request a class with your makeup token/s.
Step 6
Now that you have requested to use your makeup token/s you will then need to apply them to a class. You can filter and sort by days, times and instructors. Once you have found the class that works for you, select it!
Step 7
Submit your request and our staff will approve it at our earliest opportunity. If not accepted please still attend and we can work through any issues when you are in for the class.
Step 8
SUCCESS (Hopefully) you have submitted your request for a makeup class, please repeat for additional weeks and classes.
